These terms and conditions govern the use of www.woodlandgalleries.com and the purchase of any goods from it.
This website is owned and operated by Woodland Galleries (ABN 46 590 452 572 - not registered for GST).

All images and material contained in this website are the property of Woodland Galleries and are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced in any form. This property may only be used for the purpose of browsing this website and ordering goods.

Customer information will only be used to process orders.
We assure you that we are not involved in selling or trading personal information and that the details you provide us will not be passed on to a third party.
Woodland Galleries reserves the right to pass on any information relating to suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
Payment Details
We accept payment via PayPal and bank deposit (details will be given on request). We will also pre-arrange cash payments from those who live in our local area (Agnes Water, 1770 and surrounding areas) where it is convenient for us to "hand deliver" the goods. Payments for online orders must be received (or an arrangement made) within 48 hours from time of order. If your payment is not received (or an arrangement is not made) within this time, your order will be automatically removed from the system and you will be notified via email.
Pricing
All product prices are quoted in Australian dollars and do not include any tax, but exclude postage and packaging. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel, we will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you.
Product Information
We will always strive to offer as accurate a description as possible of our products, we do not enhance the colour of our images however we are unable to warrant that product descriptions and other contents are error free. Each item listed contains the description and photographs of the actual item you will receive.
Shipping
Domestic: In order to be able to provide our customers with low cost delivery, we send parcels via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post which means we will not be able to track your parcel. If you would like your parcel to be tracked, please advise via email office@woodlandgalleries.com this will incur a further charge of $4.00.
Each item has its own shipping and handling costs. Most items will be sent via Australia post. Although we will look into sending via courier on heavier items and orders.
International: Prices for shipping overseas are listed with each item. They are approximate costs and may differ when actually priced with Australia Post. Any over payments made by you will be reimbursed. (You will never be asked to pay more shipping than is quoted with each item, if we have under-quoted, we will wear the costs).

These postage prices are subject to change.
All international postage is through Australia Post via Airmail and is not insured. If you would like your parcel insured this will incur an additional fee of $9.00.
If you would like a quote to have your items sent via Sea, please contact us.
Packaging
To help reduce our impact on the environment we try to reuse packaging materials where possible. The packaging materials we receive and reuse may not always fit in with the ethos of our company, but we feel it is better for the environment to reuse them than dump them straight into landfill. While some packages may have a 'pre-loved' look about them, be reassured that it is of the utmost importance to us that the products you have ordered reach you in perfect condition, so they will always be carefully and securely packaged, usually in a mixture of new and recycled packaging materials.
Delivery
Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from confirmation of payment. It is Woodland Galleries intention that all products offered on the website are in stock. Woodland Galleries is not responsible for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
We are happy to send your order to an address which is different to your own if it is intended as a gift.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong details Woodland Galleries is not obliged to pay the expense of resending the goods to the correct address.
It is your responsibility to inform Woodland Galleries if your goods do not arrive.
Woodland Galleries will not accept liability for any loss or damage after goods have been delivered.
Placing Orders
Orders can be placed using our online shopping cart or via email office@woodlandgalleries.com, if orders are placed via email, we can not guarantee that the products you ask for will still be available at the time your order is processed.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and Woodland Galleries is satisfied with the integrity of the order. We will email you an Order Conformation for the purpose of confirming the details of your order. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us.
Order Cancellation
By Us – We reserve the right not to provide goods or services.
By You – If you need to cancel an order please advise us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and processed your payment. Once this is done cancellation is at our sole discretion and subject to our returns and exchanges policy.
Returns and Exchanges
You or the recipient of an order may return an item that has been purchased from Woodland Galleries if you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a gift. You must first contact our office via email on office@woodlandgalleries.com or you can use our contact form.

If you return the goods via Australia Post, please keep the receipt, otherwise if the parcel goes missing in transit we cannot acknowledge that the goods were returned to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. We will not issue a credit or exchange unless the goods are in a saleable condition.
All returned products must be
1. Unused and in original condition.
2. Undamaged.
3. Returned within 14 days of delivery.
In the event of a return we will exchange or refund in the form of a Woodland Galleries credit note. However you will pay both the delivery costs of the return to us and the re-delivery to you. We will not refund the initial delivery cost.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of delivery. As many of our items are one-off pieces, we may not be able to replace it, therefore we will refund the purchase price and delivery fee paid via the original method of payment or provide a credit note if requested. In the case of a faulty jewellery item (eg a stuck or a loose clasp), we should be able to fix it and return to you. Normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.
